La Loggia restaurant is situated on the 4th floor of the Hotel and offers both local and mediterranean dishes. It's specialities include Sicilian cuisine, in particular vegetables and fresh fish (tuna, hake etc..). The starters are elaborate, created from a mix between traditional and nouvelle style cuisine.
